Expedition Division

Connecting people of all ages with the wilderness in a more rugged and affordable manner. As an intensive team building exercise, the length of these expeditions will vary, but each participant will be a product of their own will to learn and explore.

Epoch Expedition: Longer term programming – 100 days or more, ages 22+

The most demanding program that combines multiple treks that amount to 100 days or more of complete wilderness emersion.  In this program, participants play a primary role in the logistics and planning process prior to and during their treks.  The 400 Challenge is the pilot trip in this model, pushing participants to the limit in a multitude of different wilderness settings.

Access Adventure: Shorter term programming – 60 days or less, all ages

These courses will be crafted on suggestion by the people in them, offering professionals and youth alike the chance to craft a course of their choosing that fits their time and monetary constraints.  During these programs, participants will take an active role in the planning and logistics process, but will be heavily aided by Epoch staff.  During each adventure, participants will not only learn skills associated with the focus of their trek, but will also be educated in the principals of Leave No Trace low-impact camping techniques.  The difference between Access Adventure and the Epoch Expedition program is the level of logistics participants will be responsible for.  In this program, participants will play a secondary role in the logistics and planning process.  Access Adventure is tailored to those who want wilderness emersion without having to change their lifestyle.

Weekend Warriors: 3 days or less, all ages

Structured programs that run 72 hours or less and are centered around team building and leadership in outdoor environments, for instance Corporate Team Building, School Outings, etc.
